Space – Overall Production

The overall production of my space project will include the development of my videos which as the main part of the project, these will be developed within adobe premiere and after effects using technologies to gather the correct information to keep each users interacted clearly into my project.

The project outcome i hope to produce will be using the dome, but if not usingthe dome using a projection screen, with the imput of a car seat to authenticate the project, and the projection to show the video of my journey and the added extras i plan to create a drink driving experience.

Space – Plan of action

So the plan of action is to create a driving video which relates to drink driving, crerating a message or several messages to the viewer throughout the videos. i plan to create this in adobe premiere and adobe after effects focusing on areas such as the environment, speed of the surroundings, people interaction through the videos and industrial environments, this included building and house which pass throug the journey, these will try to focus the viewer on other aspects of the video apart from the view from ahead, so looking right infront of you.

the main aim of this idea is to send out a new sort of message which is linking to drink and drug driving, starting with the effect i got when filming at night. the film didn’t come out too great but still has an effect of a blurred vision of driving. check these videos out here on my blog or on my youtube area

Space – Idea Proposal – My Site

Over the last week i have continually gathered material for my site and again continually experimented with the test site i took still images of last week. my site is still a bit undefined at present but i still intend to film a journey of some sort. the journey i will film will consist of a narrative stucture, so it will have a story or some meaning to this filming. at the moment this is the hard part, coming up with a good enough narrative for the project, as a simple drive aroun d and film is a little bit bland for a project for a final year student.

some of the areas (My 9 References) which i would like to cover in this film are: –

* light levels
throughout the film
* Human environment -
how much human/people activity happening
* Mechanical Environment -
the amount of mechanics within the film – cars/lorries/traffic jams/traffic lights.
* Heat levels -
looking at the heat of the time of the journey – inside the car/ outside temperatures changing
* Speed and pace levels -
this covers the speed at which the film will go also covering the outside environment moving.
* Natual Environment -
covering the area which is being filmed – amount of woodland/trees/shrubs/grass/parks
* Industrial environment –
showing the amount of big biulding structures that are being film ( Linking with Natural environment)
* Interaction levels -
the amount if interaction in different places of the journey – what happens within the journey.
* Weather Levels (General) –
looking at how (hopefully) the weather will change over the time of filming the journey.

these 9 references will all be a main focus within the journey and these will be show in the post production part of the project when i will edit and modify the video to show these 9 areas in a more digital way.
